As we all navigate through these unprecedented times as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that Aring Equipment Company, Inc. is still here to support you. We are monitoring the CDC guidelines and taking precautions as necessary to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities.

All four of our branch locations are still open during regular business hours of 7:00am – 5:00pm. In an effort to minimize the spread of the virus and keep a controlled work environment, we are asking for your support in utilizing the following procedures:

PARTS ORDERS:
• Please utilize the Volvo Online Parts store when possible. To setup a new account please fill out the form at this link: Parts Store Online Signup  
• If you need further assistance in setting up an account please contact Preston Wery or Merle Coggins. Orders processed through the parts store will be shipped direct or available for curbside pickup.
• Phone in orders by calling your local branch. Orders processed by phone will be shipped direct or available for curbside pickup.

SERVICE REQUESTS/FIELD WORK:
• Our service shops are still staffed at all four of our locations and work is being completed as usual while taking extra precautions to avoid close contact.
• Please be advised before we send a technician out in the field we will be calling you to access the situation. We would like to work together to minimize person to person contact at the sight.

DELIVERIES:
• When arriving at one of our facility please call the main number and you will be directed to someone who can assist you.

SALES/RENTALS:
• Our salesmen are just a phone call/email away and happy to discuss your equipment needs.
